Yesterday went much better for me. I did have some splurge items (cherry brownies) and I didn't get to count all my calories. Mainly because someone else cooked for us so I didn't know what was in it. But I guesstimated, and didn't overdo it. I have had quite a few binge moments the past few days. Emotional eating I think. Hubby is finishing his last week of class and he's crazy stressed so it adds stress to everyone else.
But he gave me a break and I went and had a massage! It was wonderful! I definitely think that will be a big reward after my races and such instead of food. ;)

Today I'm headed to the Y for indoor bike. I also plan to lift tonight. I also get to pick up my new glasses and contacts today. That has me excited! I don't often wear contacts (except for races) but my glasses have had the same lenses for several years and are no banged up. It will be nice to not have scratches and dings blurring up my vision. :)

Have a great day everyone! I'm sending you good thoughts for your weather...it's been in the low 80s and gorgeous here. ;)

Hey! Well had a strange day with my son staying home with a fever. I shoulda known smthg was goin round when he told me the other day that they didn't have all their school class subjects because so many kids were absent. :-S. Anyway, DH workd a lil late but when he got home I went out for a run. It was good. Had a few problems with HRM, but worked it out. Got 10 miles. And DH is at the gym as we speak (yay!).

Yesterday I reconnected my MFP and Garmin Connect. I don't want to eat back my exercise calories, since my goal is already highish, but I would like to at least see my eating in the context of my burns, maybe for a little leeway sometimes. Wish there was a way to put my MFP cals to Garmin app, without Garmin data changing my MFP daily goal.

    Anyway, gotta go. Later!

Hi, I am in northern CA, will be at my daughters tomorrow for week and half. Took long walks on beach last 3 days and second long walk on trail. I was fighting sinus stuff before I left and first few days, so trying to get strength back.
