I've got coupons for this and bf wants to use it as dinner. How do I eliminate the carbs from taking off the bun when counting?

LOL, my husband LOVES Jack in the Box, but I can't stand it! You want to know how to calculate it?

Hmm, places used to list their ingredients separately so you could calculate things like this.... but I don't see that on the Jack in the Box website. The nutrition info document doesn't even include the Buttery Jack, but you can hover over it to see the info: 816 calories, 50 carbs, 52g fat, 4g fiber, 37g protein, and 12g sugars. I can't find info on just the bun, though, in order to subtract it.

Ah the perils of being low carb. We've given up on it for now.

I have no idea what this is but I'm assuming it's like a burger? Couldn't you just subtract the carbs in a regular bun and the remaining carbs would be from the sauce?

I love that it has 52g of fat!
