I've got coupons for this and bf wants to use it as dinner. How do I eliminate the carbs from taking off the bun when counting?

I don't know what Buttery Jack is, but do they have an online menu? I know there are some places with meal builders (like Wendy's) that let you add and take out items to get you more accurate nutrition info. If not, the best you can do is find a similar bun and check the content. The rest of the carbs would be from ketchup, seasonings, sometimes special sauces, onions, lettuce, or even the cheese. It all depends on how low and what else you want to not eat.
ETA: After google-ing that, I've learned its a burger, not the restaurant name lol. We don't have Jack In The Boxes where I live.

What the heck is a buttery jack???

I suppose you could build all the individual components, minus the carby ones you won't eat like the bun....

Please DO let us know how this thing tastes. When I saw the ads on tv I almost bought stock in Jack in the Box knowing it would probably be a HUGE hit w/ keto/lowcarbers. ;-)

Couldn't find nutrition facts for the "gourmet bun" online, but did find their customer service number: Guest Relations @ 1-858-522-4716

I've had it. It's tolerable, coming from someone who hates Jack in the Box. It's the only burger from there I haven't hated.
