So I've definitely been behind this month! I blame the snow :-P
I know everyone is kinda doing their own thing but I wanted to throw out some suggestions from time to time.
I tried this the week I went to my class All Fired Up! I could feel the burn. It's called a Exercise Ball Body Weight Squat. Try it out! See if you can hold it and stretch your arms out :-)
I'll be posting a few more workout tips before the challenge ends!
