Labwork results! Not great, but could have been worse...

Finally have a chance to post my blood work. Feedback wanted. I definitely have some areas to work on: A1C: 6.9, LDL: 173. Cholesterol: 251, Glucose: 133, Potassium 5.3, all these were high, my dr said some it may have been from the prednison I had to take recently, but I know myself I was in a slump and really trying hard now to pull myself back out. I refuse to take statins, so please need support to get things back under control.
