Need more fat? Not the kind on your thighs.

I was having trouble getting enough fat and the days that it was higher, I seemed to do better.
I remembered this little dip I use to shy away from:
Heat cream cheese with a little heavy cream and chop up some chipped beef. Remember chipped beef on toast?
Not a lot, but enough to give it a salty, lovely smooth dip for celery or..... teaspoons.
Warning: can be overdone.

Sounds good. I think I will try it with pork rinds. Yum0

Have you considered cooking in Tallow (Reduced beef fat) ?
I works as an outstanding gravy on meat or pored over steamed veggies.
I also do a Bullet Cuppa (Coffee or Natural Cocoa) for extra energy e.g.
MCT Oil, Coconut Oil, Natural Butter, Tallow and Unrefined Pure Cream in ratios that suit your taste buds. Keeps me going all day!0 -
That sounds delicious Annie. I've never heard of chipped beef (with my English and Australian heritage) but I could do it with chopped bacon.0
