i am way too confused! can somebody please help me!

too much of information usually creates confusion! and i am confused to the core! can someone please tell me in plain simple words how many calories should i eat to lose 1kg a week. my details are as follows-
Height- 180cm/ 5ft11in
weight-209lbs/95kgs
activity level- i lift weights on alternate days a week and do cardio on other days except sunday which is a rest day. My workouts last for an hour on all 6 days.
Everywhere i read about TDEE and BMR some new information or suggestions pop up. can someone please calculate the total calories i should eat ! thank you so much . i burn around 400-550 cals in the gym most of the days.

Not enough info supplied to calculate if 1 kg weekly is realistic or not - but most likely not with that little left to lose.
Use this so your body is not fighting fat loss to the bitter end, either of finally losing, or it stops.
