i am way too confused! can somebody please help me!

too much of information usually creates confusion! and i am confused to the core! can someone please tell me in plain simple words how many calories should i eat to lose 1kg a week. my details are as follows-


Height- 180cm/ 5ft11in

weight-209lbs/95kgs

activity level- i lift weights on alternate days a week and do cardio on other days except sunday which is a rest day. My workouts last for an hour on all 6 days.

Everywhere i read about TDEE and BMR some new information or suggestions pop up. can someone please calculate the total calories i should eat ! thank you so much . i burn around 400-550 cals in the gym most of the days.
