Hi All! I saw this group in December and I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to body revolution. I've done JMBR on and off since the beginning of the year and anytime I take a break I see the results I worked so hard for vanish in a poof. I just started workout 5 last night and holy cow am I sore today. I'm thinking i will do 5&6 and then do 3&4 and switch off until I'm strong enough to just do workouts 5&6. I'm in no rush to get though this thing in 90 days, I want to get stronger and build with the program. I'm thinking of buying 8 and 10 pound weights and occasionally going back and doing workouts 1&2 with those too.

I'm like you that I'm not worried about getting through in 90 days. I just want to make it to the point that I can do a whole month's worth of each level. I'm struggling with Phase 2 now and need to take more time before getting to Phase 3 for sure. All that matters is getting stronger and losing fat.
My first time through workouts 5&6 was a couple weeks ago and I was so stiff and sore afterward, I pulled a glute walking. The videos have all been killer like that for me the first time I'm done them.
I hadn't thought about going back to Phase 1 with more weight, but that might be a good thing to try to mix it up a bit. I have some 8 lb weights I haven't used yet. I think that's a good idea to see that your results aren't vanishing - you are getting stronger and able to use more weight! Even when the scale isn't budging and you can't see anything in the mirror yet (although my scale finally moved in the last two weeks while I've been out!) It's easy sometimes to feel like the progress is going so slowly.
