Low Carb Pizza Recipes?

Does anyone have a recipe they swear by? I've tried a cauliflower crust and an egg/cream cheese mixture crust. Both have been pretty soft. I'm looking for a recipe that makes the crust more stiff. Any ideas?

I use low carb tortillas as the crust. You can crisp them up in a frying pan. When I heat them up in the pan, I add butter to crank up the fat.
6" Mission Carb Balance Tortillas
8" OLE Xtreme Wellness Tortillas (About as much pizza as two 6" tortillas but fewer calories and carbs.)
For a 6" crust:- 1/8 cup of a low carb Kroger Pizza Sauce (it doesn't take much at all to get the flavor)
- 1/4 cup of Mozzarella. That's alot of cheese, but that's how I like it.
For an 8" crust:- 1/4 cup of a low carb Kroger Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Mozzarella.
Obviously you could add beef, sausage/bacon, or any low carb toppings you like.
I zap it in an Infrawave oven for 4 minutes and it's perfect. ( I have not tried a microwave or the regular oven yet.)
Finding the low carb tortillias made all the difference for me. I was really missing pizza before I found these, now I'm happy again!
Here are the numbers with Mission Carb Balance Tortillas:- (1) 6" Small Pizza: 175 cal, 5 carb, 8 fat, 12 prot, 11 fiber
- w/2 pats of butter: 247 cal, 5 carb, 16 fat, 12 prot, 11 fiber
- (2) 6" Sml. Pizzas: 350 cal, 10 carb, 16 fat, 24 prot, 22 fiber
- w/4 pats of butter: 494 cal, 10 carb, 32 fat, 24 prot, 22 fiber
Here are the numbers with OLE Xtreme Wellness Tortillas:- (1) 8" Med. Pizza: 280 cal, 8 carb, 11 fat, 22 prot, 10 fiber
- w/4 pats of butter: 423 cal, 8 carb, 27 fat, 22 prot, 10 fiber

Meatza is without a doubt my favorite:

I make this recipe, but I replace one pound of the burger with Italian sausage. It sounds weird, but it's awesome.0 -
I haven't experimented much with all the different bready crusts, but my favorite method so far is just making mini pizzas on giant portobello caps.0

How do you get more fiber than carb? or is the carb count a net carb?0 -
Oops - you are right, it's NET CARBS - I should have labeled it that way!0

@SOOZIE429 Really good - I was a bit impatient (hungry) so could have waited for the crust to crisp up a bit more than I did...but the bits that were properly crisp were surprisingly effective as a crust considering the ingredients. Plus I substituted almond meal (ground almonds) instead of almond flour as I didn't have any flour and can't get any locally, so maybe that made a difference. I also accidentally dumped half a container of onion powder in it when I was trying to sprinkle it lightly - oops. Bad for my breath!0 -
Try using a portobello cap as your base.. Then add your toppings and cheese. If you need sauce, use an Alfredo or make your own.. Or dice some fresh tomatoes to cook into it.0
