I am just joined this group. I didn't start the February challenge since I've missed most of February. I have problems with binge-eating. I do it late at night when everyone goes to sleep. I then break out the chips, dip, popcorn, sweets, anything I can. I have also noticed I do it at work. I am a teacher and I will binge in the morning before class and during my planning period. I don't know why, but I kind of like the rush of getting away with something. Strange huh?
Well I am here and I am hoping I can stop the binge beast inside me!

Welcome to the group. I am a night binger now also, after originally battling bulimia. So I can relate to what you are going through.0
