A couple questions about oopsie rolls

i made a batch of oopsie rolls tonight because I was making hamburgers for dinner and I really wanted a "bun". I have to say I was pretty skeptical at first that this would really be a bun replacement.....I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised....it absolutely worked for me and made me feel like I'm not depriving myself and it actually tasted good! I'm pretty excited. My questions are.....what exactly is a serving ....1 or 2 since you use 2 so you have a top and bottom bun...it would make sense that a serving is actually 2 because who would just eat one on a hamburger? And.....I can't seem to find consistant nutritional values, there are quite a few different choices when I put oopsie roll into the diary search. Thanks in advance.
