Eat more fat, drink more water.

The only bad fat is artificial trans fat. Everything else has its place.

Odds are you're not eating enough fat in general. Constipation is common when you decrease carbs and don't increase your fat enough (therefore relying too much on protein). Protein isn't fuel, carbs and fat are.

Don't fall for the idea that saturated fat is bad for you. If it was so horrible, the body wouldn't store such ample amounts of it (50% of the fat in your body is saturated fats).

    Have a watch of this:

I found a low-carb tortilla that is high in fiber and low in calories, too. It's from La Banderita. I buy it at Walmart. It has only 5 grams net carbs, 6 grams of fiber, and only 81 calories. Works wonders when you drink a lot of water with it. Good luck to you!

Double your water intake for a day or so. Until you get regulated and figure out which foods keep you regular, try some sugar free metamucil.
