I worked for two years to lose weight, myfitnesspal, lifting weights, running and other cardio. I lost about 50 pounds, and I was within 20 pounds of my target weight. Then I don't know what happened. I got tired of tracking and without the number over my head, even though I thought I could do it, I went back into my old habits. Eating really large meals, sneaking snacks all the time, eating higher calorie foods and making poor food choices.
I have so much trouble stopping, and I want this to be my re-start. I am getting married in May and I don't want to do it bigger than I am now. I've gained back 30 of the 50 pounds I lost. I'm so upset about it that it fuels me to eat more. I hate it. I'm going to try to be back now. I didn't track anything today, so 2/23/15 - BACK ON THE CALORIE WAGON.

It is hard when you are stressed out and you can do it!! You still have March and April to kick it in the butt!! You can do it just take a breath and realize you are worth it and your special day is going to be great!0
