I get a swing of 10-15 lbs every time I weigh (I weigh daily). It's frustrating because I feel I have no idea where I actually am.

Are you using a digital scale? How old is your scale, and does it have a weight rating?
I just purchased an EatSmart Scale because of the high ratings on Amazon, and the alleged accuracy. I've only used it twice, once I was sick (probably retaining water) so I can't say how repeatable it is; however it matched my older scale well, which matched my doctors scale well.
Our older scale would hold onto a reading, and tell you the same weight every day unless you gained/lost more than 1 pound. This is highly frustrating for the weeks when you lose less than 1 pound, or for when you are measuring more frequently.0 -
10 to 15lb differences sounds like a scale issue. Maybe time to treat yourself to a new one
I think being in the 300s we have to be cautious...some are accurate to only 300 or 325 or 350. I'm looking into getting a new one myself
