Below is the points summary for the challenge. For the challenges and lunches I'll be sending out an email for to remind you all of what is required and when they are going to be happening.

Post – Assessment completion: 10 points
Post Assessment Body Fat Percentage Points
Maintain Recommended category = 10 points
Improvement shown = 10 points
Post Assessment Blood Pressure Points:
Maintenance of Systolic BP in Normal Category = 5 points
Maintenance of Diastolic BP in Normal Category = 5 points
Improvement for Systolic = 5 pts
Improvement for Diastolic = 5 pts
Post Assessment Waist Circumference Points
Maintenance in low or very low risk category = 10 points
Improvement in category = 10 points
My Fitness Pal: 10 points for submitting 7-day completed log report to OH staff on four specified weeks (40 pts total)
Knowledge is Power Lunches: 10 points for each topic attended (2 topics during program)
Mini Challenge Points:
Fruits and Veggie Challenge- opportunity for up to 50 pts
Get Your Cardio On! Challenge- opportunity for up to 50 pts
Hydration Challenge – opportunity for up to 40 pts
Team Bonus Points
When every member of team attends Knowledge is Power Luncheon (20 pts ea/40 pts total)
When every member of team completes base level of a mini challenge (20 pts ea challenge/ 60 pts total)
When every member of team submits MFP log during specified weeks- report will be submitted to OH rep by specified deadline to earn credit (20 pts/ 80 pts total)
Team captain leads with question of the week (provided by OhioHealth) and when every team member contributes to the discussion (20 points if all contribute/180 pts total)
