No fast day weight loss

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone finds the scales stay still the morning after their fast day? I have had this the last two fast days and just wondering if that means it's steadying out a bit. After my last fast day I found the weight went down after eating again.

I've never really checked the difference. My weigh-ins are once a week following a fast day for consistency purposes.
I'd have thought it really depends on your hydration levels as to what the scales are saying between fast and feed days.0 -
I try to weigh myself every Monday regardless of my fast days. I forgot yesterday0

I've been experimenting with this, and I always seem to lose 1+ lbs the day after my fast. Example. Weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 171. I fasted all day and ate my meal last night. This morning the scale says 168.8. It always seems to go down unless I have a massive amount of salt.

It has been known to happen. But rarely. Probably a question of sodium. Water retention or a missed bm. It levels out after a day or two.0

it has always taken 2 days to register a loss after fasting for me. Everyone is different.0

Thanks everyone. Finding things are starting to steady out and not quite as big weight loss after a fast but the weight goes down a day or two after fast days, like you Janet.0
