wedding in may

Hey girls
I have a wedding in may and I'm a bridesmaid... Also its in...Cyprus. So very excited their is 60 guests going out. Started trying to lose weight since Christmas really, put on half a stone and its slowly coming off.. I have just started this back up and I am really feeling motivated just think I have started with the strictness way to early.. Its another 2 and a half months away..do not know how I will stick to this. Any advice?

    Make an exercise and meal plan, prepare your meals, track your macros and tweak your plan every few weeks according to how many kgs/inches/body fat percentage you have lost. Don't restrict your calories too much, take it slow! Good luck :)
