working out staying healthy on a long road trip

traveling for work today about an 8 hour drive 4 nights in a hotel and then eight hours back home have to keep the motivation going have a large event coming up in May would love to hear everyone's thoughts and or input and experiences

    If you eat out plan ahead of time what you are going to eat by using MFP. Don't change your mind no matter what. If your hotel has a fridge get a to go box when you order and box 1/2 up right away. Out of sight of mind. Appetizers or dessert. Get some fruit to keep in your room to keep you from going to the hotel vending machines. For the drive get some dehydrated veggies, fruit (no added sugar) nuts, popcorn (no butter) ect... I'm a snacker in the car so this helps me. Also those Special K chips are like 120 calories for 30 chips!!! Pre make baggies if you have time with calorie count already counted out. Good luck!!
