We're almost done with this challenge so this is a good victory exercise to do ;-)
I usually do them in sets of 3, holding the pose as long as I can. You lay face down then extend your arms and legs as far as you can. Your toes should be pointed out, your palms facing down. Relax your shoulders and look down to make sure you don't strain your neck
