I was on a business trip and I had such a long day - woke up at 3:30AM and did not get back until 10:30PM. I went over because I had 2 doughnuts! Got home and did 20 minutes of Julian Michael's 30 day shred and so I was able to bring my excess calories down to 147.
I have been under since the 1st of June, so I believe the calories will balance out...I hope.0 -

I am under the calorie goal MFP set for me for the day; however I am over my personal calorie goal, and I don't necessarily trust the MFP calorie estimates for exercise. My boss took me out for lunch and that put me over. if you want to boot me for the month I'll understand.0 -

Lepert, the challenge is to stay under MFP's calorie goals. I won't remove you from the group for not meeting your own goal. If you want to self-remove, I'd understand. But you haven't gone against the challenge.0 -
