for any low carbers in Scotland, Farmfoods have three kilos of chicken breasts for £10, bought them today, defrosted one for tea and it was lovely, they come from Denmark, they also do the same price for chicken thighs

    For those challenged by conversions that's about $2.35/pound.

    As an ex-Brit (now an Aussie) it does my <3 good to see that nostalgic £ symbol and to hear the word 'tea' for a meal. Scotland is soooo beautiful. Hugs to you.
