So what things do you plan to do to try and reach your goal this month?
I want to try and watch my micros... its kind of hard I don't understand that completely but I want to learn about that more.
I want to try and eat more veggies and less bad carbs (chips)
Attempt to not eat out sooooo much
Try and work out at least 1 hour 5 days a week
Try a yoga class!
Want to find a local work out buddy. I think if I know someone is waiting for me at the gym I will go more. But no luck on that so far!

To lose 8 lbs this month, I plan to:
• Complete the 30 day Ab, Squat and Push-up challenges. I'm on day 6.
• Start training for a 5k using the Zombies Run 5k app
• Log every bite I take in MyFitnessPal
• Get 6000+ steps/day0 -

Thats funny I looked those up and took some of the routines from them and used them for those mini challenges. lol Wow 6,000 steps. I work a sit down job so steps are such a huge challenge for me. I try and get up as much as I can but my job prevents alot of that. You have to be tied to the phone! Zombie run sounds fun! WTG0 -

My plan to lose the 10lbs.
Log my food intake and actually stick to the daily calorie goals.
4 cardio days/week.
2 strength days/week.
Honestly, I would like to work out each weekday but I am afraid I will miss a day and then be disappointed. So this is the minimum I expect to do and I hope to do more!0
