    Thanks! I was tired after, but recovered enough to ride 22 miles with my girls' group yesterday. This is my last "hard" week of training, then a 2 week taper to race day. I'm ready to get it done!

    That puts me at second goal! I think with just over 1 week left, I'll just bask in the bonus miles!

    I was just reading in my marathon training program that when you finish your last long run "The hay is in the barn. Now you get to go reap the reward." Congrats!!

    7 miles with intervals today puts me at 115. It felt good.

    Just saying, I kind of like the idea of raising goals on people who don't check in enough ;)

    I forced myself to run after work tonight. Boy did I move like a turtle...lol.

    Well I made goal, been raining off/on (more on) for the last 6 days. Going on a club ride with another group this Thursday, still be riding my MTB. My new bike has shipped to the store for building. Probably going to take me all day when it does come, to get the fitting done and stuff. Going to take a lot of getting used to 28ml wide road tires. They look so puny compared to my current bike. Matter of fact the entire bike looks puny compared to Frankenbike. Come to find out my original bike shop here in town was fitting me to a frame too big. I am riding a 19.5 and the new bike is 17, huge difference.

    03/22 - 2.0 miles walking
    03/23 - 1.0 miles walking
    03/24 - 8.0 miles cycling

    Total: 181.0 miles

    Now, for my day. I was aiming for 5 miles today. I only managed 4.5, but I am chipping away at my deficit. That leaves about 22 miles for the next 7 days. Just over 3 miles a day should be an option, I hope anyway.

    March total 53.25 miles.

    I ran with my sweet dog tonight, she did well and she ran me 2.5 miles, lol! Pretty awesome for her first run! For me, it was half run, other half upper body workout from leash pulling. She listens much better to my husband ;)
