Mid-Week Challenge

Hi Everyone!

The challenge will officially start June 9th.

Until then here are some mini-challenges until we get going on Sunday!

Wednesday June 5th
Exercise -

*Push yourself to get as many reps in each time! Be sure to keep proper form!!

Food -
Drink 8 glasses of water
Eat 2 different types of fruit!

Thursday June 6th
Exercise- 30 minutes cardio

Food-
Pack your lunch and snacks, no eating out!

Friday June 7th

Food-
If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it!

Saturday June 8th
Exercise-
Spend 30 minutes OUTSIDE enjoying the weekend, if it is rainy, do some yoga and stretching!

Food-
Prep healthy snacks for the weekend!

    How did the arm workout pyramid go yesterday for everyone?
    Did you meet your goals?

    I was TIRED by the end but in a good way of course :)

    Being honest here - I didn't get to the arms :( I just (like 2 days ago) had my mom & stepdad move in to our house with us and the baby and it is a crazy train right now. Hoping my mom can take over some of the baby watching so I can get in the challenges this week coming up. Scheduling to make that happen is my top priority right now. Looking forward to getting to know the rest of the group, too :)
