Once a month, the Cajun French Music Association puts on a Cajun Dancing night (Mostly 2-step and Waltz) at the UCT Hall in Baton Rouge. It's only 10$ per person and they give student discounts. They give a lesson at 7, then the band starts at 7:30. It's so much fun, and alot of the older people will help you out and dance with you to teach you the steps. Drinks and food is sometimes served, and I've seen people bring their kids with them.
