3.1 fitbit one 11,483 steps, 5.60 miles
3.2 fitbit one 15,258 steps, 7.50 miles
total miles: 13.10/ 1000 -
My goal, again, is 100 miles, and to get at least 2 days a week at 5 miles or more. Also hoping to front load my miles so I don't end up playing catch up. February was a nice even pace, but it'd be nice to relax and not worry about it.

My goal this month is 190 km and at least 6000 step a day
Well didnt make it on sunday. After been more or less awake in 37 hours (two hour sleep in our new car) being with when my hubby drove (24 hours of plain driving). The thought of go out walking when comming home were just not there.
So plan to make the other days Count

3. 13,12 km and 17 682 steps
That give 21,8 km and 168,20 km to goal

3rd - 3.07 = 11.67 total.
Round 2 of snow and ice coming again this afternoon (after 60 degrees yesterday and projected to be 50 - 60 Saturday...I think our weather is drunk). I have the next 2 days off because I wanted to...lol...mental health days, and was planning to get out on the greenway, but it looks like that plan's ruined.Guess we'll see how much I can get done around the house.

There are some nice indoor videos by the "Biggest Loser" on youtube another group told me about. Similar to Leslie Sanstone. Check it out if you have to work inside. I havent done it yet, but plan to soon. Today would be good since it was -20 when I got up this morning and still -10. This I believe is the last of the really cold weather. That give 34,6 km and 155,4 km to goal
