Told to be the month of spring, in other word soon summer.

    My goal, again, is 100 miles, and to get at least 2 days a week at 5 miles or more. Also hoping to front load my miles so I don't end up playing catch up. February was a nice even pace, but it'd be nice to relax and not worry about it.

    My goal this month is 190 km and at least 6000 step a day
    Well didnt make it on sunday. After been more or less awake in 37 hours (two hour sleep in our new car) being with when my hubby drove (24 hours of plain driving). The thought of go out walking when comming home were just not there.
    So plan to make the other days Count :)

    1. week
    1. 3,5 km and 5 027 steps
    2. 5,18 km and 7 003 steps
    3. 13,12 km and 17 682 steps

    That give 21,8 km and 168,20 km to goal
    2 of 3 days had more then 6 000 steps a total of 29 712 this month (9 904 a day)

    I would have done what you did. Ewww...37 hours up, that sounds like some kind of torture. Happy you are back to being normal.

    3rd - 3.07 = 11.67 total.

    Round 2 of snow and ice coming again this afternoon (after 60 degrees yesterday and projected to be 50 - 60 Saturday...I think our weather is drunk). I have the next 2 days off because I wanted to...lol...mental health days, and was planning to get out on the greenway, but it looks like that plan's ruined. :/ Guess we'll see how much I can get done around the house.

    Sounds like in the house walking is your best option...stay safe.

    There are some nice indoor videos by the "Biggest Loser" on youtube another group told me about. Similar to Leslie Sanstone. Check it out if you have to work inside. I havent done it yet, but plan to soon. Today would be good since it was -20 when I got up this morning and still -10. This I believe is the last of the really cold weather. YeaH!

    I just started walking regularly to help boost my self confidence.

    I thought I posted my goals.... :\ But I guess I wrote them on my calendar....oh well....

    March goals - 100 miles / 20 days over 10,000 steps. Kind of ambitious considering I haven't made more than 10 days over 10,000 steps - Doctor thinks my BMI is high :#

    March 1 - 5.3 miles / 11598 steps (1/20)
    March 2 - 2.8 miles
    March 3 - 2.8 miles
    March 4 - 4.5 miles / 10075 steps (2/20)
    March 5 - 4.9 miles / 10805 steps (3/20)

    Had a very long, long weekend. Didn't hit my 5 miles twice in a week goal, but still did ok with keeping on track for 100 in the month. Better weather this week! 50s and 60s...a little rain, but I'll definitely take it over snow and ice in a place where people lose their minds at the mention of winter weather!!

    Been offline during my long weekend, but I'll have to check out the video (it shows blank here at work)!

    As of the 3rd: 11.67 miles

    4 - 3.1
    5 - 3.26
    6 - 4.07
    7 - 3.55
    8 - 5.0 (I knew I was close and did some marching in place before hopping into bed last night!)

    Total: 30.65 miles (69.35 miles to go in 23 days or just over 3 miles per day.)
