ive read a few posts online about drinking green
Tea whilst doing 5:2 as you lose more weight?
Has anyone had success doing it? Or should i not bother adding it in?

Have green tea if you enjoy it. I'm unconvinced it matters much for fat loss. I like it, though. Genmaicha.

It's 0 calories if you have it unsweetened so why not if you like it? I drink it on FDs for that reason when every precious calorie counts!

Just beware of the caffeine, green tea has a decent amount of it, if you're watching your caffeine consumption

It doesn't have any magical weight loss properties, but I like a bit of variety on FDs, so I'll go fro black coffee, green tea, hot bouillon, hot water with lemon, other herbal teas etc just to ring the changes.

I have to be careful with green tea as I find it gets me really hungry sometimes! I try to avoid it on fast days actually.
