Rest days

Hi everyone, not sure if anyone is still active on this group.. but I was wondering what you do on your "rest" days. Today was my rest day, but instead I pushed myself to do beast cardio and a little of abs.
What does everyone else do?

At first I did not do actual exercise and dropped my calories, but I found I didn't like the result. My weight would go down, body fat up and muscle mass down. After a little research and experimentation, I do light exercise such as walking, yogaX or stretching. I made sure I had made my protein drink for during the exercise (without it I simply loose whatever muscle I have) and added in an evening cottage cheese/ almonds snack. That result was better but I am still tweaking it as I go along. I hope that helps.0

Thanks so much Dmmhoule -- i noticed after not taking my rest day yesterday,. today's workout was much harder...
I am also trying to increase my protein this week as well, to monitor my gain/losses etc
aiming for 95g protein a day0
