Hi All - I've been using myfitnesspal for several years, but I've never joined a board. I started Phase 2 of the JMBR this week. I have to say, I try almost every exercise but there are several I have to make up an alternate for.
I am getting stronger, but I've only lost 3 lbs since starting JMBR. I think part of it is b/c I hadn't changed my eating, but I was surprised that with go from 0-2 days of exercise to 5-6 days I haven't seen more progress in a month. This week I started Herbalife Shakes for 2 replacements each day. I'm hoping for better results with Phase 2!
What has been your experience with results on JMBR?

Hey there! I also started phase 2 of the JMBR and have found it a little difficult at first. In my first month I only lost 7 lbs and a few inches off my waist. I have been really getting frustrated with the scale not moving a whole lot. Then I started using this my fitness pal app to help me keep better track of my eating habits and my food. I found that it helps a little more. I have also found that a watch or arm band that tells you how many calories you actually burn is also VERY helpful....I just wish I could find mine. Lol but anyways I guess my point is just to keep going! I have noticed a lot of differences in my body little by little. I have 1 more week of workouts 5 and 6 ( I do mine in a period of 3 weeks instead of just 2)0

Hey I'm in your boat.
I started 3/9th and only lost like ~3 lbs so far it's a little annoying since I wake up at 6am to do my workouts!
But I know it takes time and I have days where I eat more than I should, but I can tell I'm getting stronger.0
