Compliment from gym owner

I was paying at the gym today and the owner when I told him my DOB said that there was no way that I was 30. I took the opportunity to tell him about paleo and that with this lifestyle I'm hoping he will be telling me I look 30 when I'm 40. It was awesome that I got the chance to talk to a sceptic on his turf and give my paleo testimony due to his compliment. This is a journey toward health not being skinny. I truly believe in this way of life and am just so glad that it is treating me right even if the scale doesn't move. My skin and hair look awesome! I can't take credit for that. Paleo did it. That's exactly what I told the SAD lover big box gym owner. It felt great!
