What type of challenges do you guys (well Girls cause not sure if there are any actual guys in this group  ) want for the upcoming week's challenges??
As we'll be doing 30 weeks I'm guessing some will be repeats mostly if I have to think of them on my own cause well I'm not very imaginative :blushing:
List of things I was thinking about;
Lunges :grumble:
Push ups
Jumping jacks
Planks
Chest Flys
30 Second Wall Squats
Dumbbell curls with shoulder press
High Knees
Dead Lifts
Arm rows
Standing side crunches/bends
Bridges
Skipping
Donkey Kicks
Step ups
Hip extensions
Chair dips
So if anyone else has any other ideas please list them

What about a little mini circuit, such as jumping jacks, squats, crunches, and push ups? That's just an example, but I know that I like to mix it up and not do the same exercise over and over every day for a week.0

Question??? Will we be adding on each week? As we have so far? If so, Can we build upon the foundation and combine ie: squats with dumbell raises and flys ect. Sure, lets do lunges- alternating days with squats and working another part of the arms and shoulders0

I figured add in the bonus squats with this weeks arm exercises mostly cause you don't burn much when just doing arm work so figured if people wanted to include the squats for an extra burn. What about a little mini circuit, such as jumping jacks, squats, crunches, and push ups? I'm not sure about that, I figured people already have their own workouts they do so keeping it to one exercise per challenge would make it easier for them to join in instead of worrying about having to keep track of different moves, but maybe post a new topic for people who may not have a workout plan yet so they can join in to a pre-planned one I'm sure some people would be interested in that especially if they are new to working out and not sure where to start.0 -
OR........you could make a "sticky topic" daily workout check -in where we could post what WE are doing. That way we get the satisfaction of seeing our progress in print, and it will give others ideas of things they can try, The important thing for me, and I hope for others is that we move forward to Christmas, supporting one another in our individual efforts. Because, I believe, that is where the magic is. Just a thought...0

If you want to make the topic how you want it to be, I can sticky it for you once you have it how you want it too look0
