Competing After Pregnancy

Anyone competed after pregnancy? If so, when did your MD give you the green light to start weight lifting? My plan is to start training for a bikini comp but I wont be cutting calories just yet as the competition I want to do is only in August. I started training for a comp before at 2000 calories a day and kept losing fat and gaining muscle. My diet was super clean (mostly plant based), but I had to quit because I become pregnant.
