So, I was just noticing today...I can't grab the double chin anymore.

And I hardly ever get heartburn, and I'm getting fewer headaches.

Woohoo!

That's awesome! Ditto on the heartburn for me! I had it every day during my last pregnancy (frequently with all my pregnancies, but the last one was the worst) and thought it would go away when I wasn't pregnant anymore.. but this time it didn't. I was starting to think I had serious GERD and may need medical intervention... until I started this WOE. Now when I get it it's just a teeny bit of discomfort that lasts only a few minutes tops. That in itself has drastically improved my QOL!

Yay! Losing neck fat is a sign of improving health! Much better indicator than the scale.

Cool! I haven't been measuring anything but weight & the fat percentage my scale gives me, so no idea on numbers, but improving health is always good!

Not alot of scale movement, and I haven't dropped another whole pants size YET, but I'm down to the snuggest hooks on all of my bras and starting to dig out the ones I haven't been able to wear in a while. Back-fat is gettin' GONE!! lol Time for new measurements...

Loosing headaches is one of the biggest benefits I've got, second with droopy pants :)

Yep I have lost the heart burn too. Always a good sign. After about 10 pounds down it let up. Very happy for this NSV.

Yeah, me too. I used to have chronic indigestion and heart burn. Now I have zero.

gaining muscle movement. I am doing the lateral machine at the gym; like XC skiing. Couldn't do that 4 weeks ago. Knees were a mess. Level 10. Oh boy. Still have no idea what I weigh but don't give a rat's a**. Know what I mean?

I'm able to do more push ups and pull ups. I don't think I'm any stronger -- it's just easier with less mass. :)

I can take the two flights of stairs between the bedroom and laundry room without having to stop halfway again. That's my best nsv in months.

I definitely have seen improvements in all stomach issues and I used to have several. Walking has gotten a lot easier too.
