What are your top one or two strategies for fitting in exercise each week?

List the top one or two habits you have implemented to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle routine.

Remember from the "Knowledge is Power" luncheon exercise is "intentional physical activity with the intent of exerting yourself".

    My top two strategies for fitting in exercising each week has been:

    1. Walking for at least 15 mins everyday around 4 pm
    2. Getting up earlier to complete a workout before work.

    I'm not 100% of course, but the more I make these NNT - "Non-Negotiable Time" - the better I am to psychologically push through whatever negative mental track I have about wanting to skip a workout or telling myself "I don't have time."

    My top two strategies for fitting in exercising each week has been:

    1. I make it a point to get up early (about an 1hour) to go to the garage and work out.
    2. When I am in a parking lot - I am parking farther then normal and then taking extra laps to get to the place I am going (if time permits) and when leaving taking extra laps back to my vehicle.

    For me these are working well and haveing a bit of fun when cars are following me to my parking space and I just keep on walking past it.

    1. Walk in the building on break
    2. Get on the treadmill as soon as I can when I get home to avoid making excuses
