Ok now for my update. I did my Monthly Body Evaluation today and here are the results:
Weight 134.8...May 6th-137.4
BMI 23.5...May 6th-24.1
Body Fat % 36.4...May 6th-38.9
Visceral Fat 7....May 6th-8
Skeletal Muscle % 25.6...May 6th-24.0
RMR 1310...May 6th-1328
Body Age 53...May 6th-55.
Back on April 14, 2012 I weighed 153.2, BMI was 26.7, Body Fat % was 41.4, Visceral Fat was 9, Skeletal Muscle % was 24.4 and my RMR was 1389....So I'm continuing to improve with GOOD Nutrition, Exercise & Making better choices...
