First Logging Tip!

Hopefully logging is becoming a bit more second nature for everyone. This is the first of many tips I'll be sharing with the group. This is a subject near and dear to my heart: red meat. When searching for a particular cut while logging red meat add USDA into the search bar along with the description of the meat. This usually produces several search results with nutritional facts pulled off the USDA database. This database tends to be both accurate and free of clerical errors. Even better, if you are using choice our prime cuts these are regulated by the government and the USDA info should be about as accurate as you are going to get with meat that isn't coming out of a can or bag. Because today's tip was really boring I'm going to add in some quick diet fixes that saved me a when my calories were low:
Strawberries and Whipped Cream
Yakisoba Noodles (0 calorie spaghetti!)
Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken
Oikos Greek Yogurt ice cream
Check them out and let me know what you think, PM me for tips on cooking the yakisoba because it can be really gross if you do it wrong. They can be purchased at Albertsons in the salad section.
Thanks everyone!
