for every 15 minutes of exercise you do you need to drink 2 ounces of water to stay hydrated and avoid soreness,dehydration ,and help ward off cramps

I learned this from a trainer I met :) Who it trying to get me to be their workout buddy .lol

    Not a problem....I drink 40 ounces for 45 min to an hour of exercise :-)
