Does this seem reasonable

I just completed Stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting for Women, i still have the bonus workouts to complete this week as well as one set of each exercise from Stage 2 in preparation to start Stage 2 next week. During Stage 1 I was doing 2-3 days of lifting, 2-3 Body Combat classes(30 mins each) and 2-3 CX Workx classes (30 mins each). For Stage 2 i am thinking about shaking it up a little bit, i am planning on lifting 2 days a week, 2 days of C25K and 1 day of Body Pump and CX Worx (30 mins each) with 2 rest days. For my interval training i was thinking about using the fitness ropes at the gym to complete the 15min intervals. Does this seem reasonable?
Based on my fitbit i will be eating between 2000-2500 calories/day (i need to get a more accurate measure this week and next week based on my weekly reports) includeing a10% deficit.

Just make sure that you are entering the info that the fitbit doesn't record (aka weight lifting). You are doing a LOT of cardio, and personally I think lifting more versus less is a better idea (3 v 2 days) and cutting back on cardio is a better idea for your muscles and for weight loss in the long run.0

technically i'll have 3 strength training including the 2 classes and 2-30mins cardio, but i'll cut back if necessary.0
