What are your top one or two strategies for fitting in exercise each week?

    Im commiting to at least go walking in my neighborhood or on the olentangey trail after work-

    Making sure to get in at least one workout over the weekend is something I strive for. That helps supplement the 2-4 I can get in during the work week.
  • I am trying to take the stairs and park in the back of the parking to make sure I am walking everyday.

    I work out at LA Fitness 3-4 days a week to do cardio and strength training.
