I'm on day 1 and it has scared me i'm asthmatic and need to lose weight. I am not obese but i used to be toned and perfect in my own eyes but a illness last year caused me to gain inches around my middle and on my arms and back and thighs. I am 5 ft 8" i weigh 152 lbs but that is pure fat no muscle so yeah u can kinda gather how much excess i have around my middle i look pregnant . I have a friend doing it with me but she may not be able to keep up as she loses motivation and in the recent past that has caused me to waver as well. Fitness test results

Did this get easier for you? because this has me worried. I couldn't keep up with my friend and i used to be able to run for ages without getting tired and do a lot of strength and now i seem to be weak. Excited to be doing this as i really want to be confident again as right now i never leave my house without being fully covered as of recently i wear nice tops but nothing tight fitting anymore and slimming pants aha sorry i winge a lot.0 -
You will definitely gain strength and endurance during month one. My last day of month 1 is tomorrow and I haven't lost any weight and the only inches I've lost are around my chest (2 inches) and .5-1 in my waist. I'm looking forward to month two because I heard most of the results come during month 2 for some reason.
The results will start to get easier although I still struggle through them. Keep with it and you will notice a change in how your clothes fit and your energy level! Good luck!!0 -

I am almost done with week 3 of Insanity. Definitely looking forward to month 2, while absolutely dreading it as well! How is the second month going so far?0

Second month is KILLER!! my body was exhausted after 3 days and I had to take a break and reassess my eating habits plus add vitamins and recovery drink after workout. BUT I have been sick since Friday and haven't done Insanity since Saturday I plan to start on Thursday so I give my body good rest before I get going. I'm ready to get back at it and finish the last 19 days!
Keep going you're almost to recovery week!!0
