so I've done Keto on and off for the last two years and always had good results but I have recently started a baking apprenticeship and time for cooking every day is starting to get non existent, anyone have any awesome Keto/freezer friendly slow cooker recipes? Or ones that can be made in big batches and frozen or kept in the fridge for around 5 days etc? Such as curries, quiches etc, cheers!

I do batch cooking one or 2 days a week, some of my go to recipes are
    - steak w/ spinach salad and ceaser dressing
    - Baked cod w/ kerry gold butter and roasted asparagus
    - taco meat on shredded lettuce w/ cheese and sour cream
    - baked chicken thighs w/ broccoli and cheese
I just weigh out the protein and divide it into Tupperware add veg (lettuce and spinach I will add the day I eat it)

    Favorite batch snack
bacon wrapped poppers - 8 jalapenos, 8oz cream cheese, 4 oz cheddar cheese, 8 slices bacon. Cut jalapenos in half and take out seeds and ribs, add .25 oz of cheddar cheese to center of jalapeno cover with .5 oz of cream cheese (push it around to fill the pepper), wrap in bacon. Bake 400 for 25 min. 1 pepper (2 halves) equals about 280 calories, 2 carbs, 25 fat, 11protein. yummy
