Fast food / ordering in?

The unwich is really good. I do have to order 2 which is not a huge deal. It is a tax for being fit. I pay that tax a lot at fast food places as I always feel I need to order extra since I'm going to be picking through most of it to assemble my healthy meal.
Really? I just get the giant club ones (Club Tuna and Club Lulu are my favorites), then add cucumbers, cheese, and if I'm really hungry, extra meat. Without the extra meat, but with the cucumbers and cheese on a Lulu, you're looking at a 500 calorie sandwich, which isn't too shabby for a 3-meal day. You can push that up to 865 with extra turkey, bacon, and mayo if you need/want more calories (probably what I'd do now, now that I do 2 meals a day), or even more with avocado spread and other meats.0
