    Hey all!
Still working on getting my eating a bit more under control. But I haven't been eating like I used to...so at least there's progress!

My littlest one has his second evaluation today. Hopefully we can get him qualified for preschool because I really think he needs it and we can't afford to pay for it. Either way, his tantrums are becoming overwhelming.

Also visiting my grandma today. My mom is watching my kids so I can go see her. She broke her shoulder a few weeks ago and is just now feeling comfortable having guests visit (but all my kids would be overwhelming still).

Off to do a quick run!

I am with ya Val last few months emotional eating with stress about moving. I talked to my doctor about it yesterday. I told her I already tried the walking, talking bath, reading etc and she said when you are upset you don't go for celery! I like her!

She said to make a list on a post-it and put on mirrors and frig reminding you to do these things because when stressed you won't think of them. She also told me to do yoga.

So I'll let you know if that helps, of course once house is for sale I have to take down, I can just see people finding my notes all over...lol

I feel almost over it but still a bit lightheaded from sinus so waiting for more than a walk until that is gone.

val, hope the eval goes well for little one and that your grandmother will be in the mend.
Marla, glad you're feeling a bit better. Y know I've been really wanting to try yoga for strength, flexibility, and meditative reasons. I think I should find a good vid to try and trade day to day also with a Pilates routine, because I know that always works wonders. I definitely need to find a way to fit smthg besides running in.

Well it's been quite a day, my son is on a big fitness kick all of the sudden! He came out of school all excited asking to go to the gym. I had to explain he's not allowed til he's 14 (stupid rule). So after the tutor he asked to go to the park to run and use the outdoor workout equip. I thought, sure! Great idea! He ran 5k and used some of the equipment while I stayed with lil girl and the backpacks. He wants to do it 6x per week now! I'm thrilled by his interest and will try my best to make a schedule work for him. I talked to DH just last week about him doing some dumbells workout with him, since I think I just have a bit too much on my plate to do that too. DH said he'd take care of it. Of course taekwondo has to start back once DHs travel ends, so we have to factor that in.

Anyway, it was a gorgeous day and I did 6mi. Expecting rain soon, probably tomorrow. Eating is going pretty well.

FromHereOnOut, I love that your son is on a fitness kick! I wish my stepkids would feel that way. Every now and then one of them wants to work out with me, but not very often. I feel so much more motivated if someone else in the house is working out too.
