June 8- 2 hours of whatever...
June 9- 4 miles
June 10- 30 day shred...(Strength training)
June 11- 3 miles
June 12- 10 Day Shred (strength training)
June 13- 3 miles
June 14- 1 hour

Hi All! Did the hours for a couple of days as opposed to a particular workout. Figured that people may want to change things up. Again, if anyone has any workouts that they would like set let me know. I am always open to new stuff! Thanks for supporting everyone! This is a great team!

Please post any weight loss or size loss (inches) below. But don't be frustrated if the scale is stuck...like mine. I am kicking butt, my body is just not taking the hint yet!!
