Work has been crazy busy and I did get away for 2 weeks on the beach. Unfortunately, got knocked down by a huge wave and really hurt my knee on the first day. Probably a small tear to ACL, so rested (which I was doing anyway
with a bag of ice on it. Meant I couldn't walk as much as I'd planned.
The good news is, it's feeling much better and I went to a yoga class last night and had only moderate discomfort.
Have shed the few "vacation pounds" I put on, and am now back to keeping track of exactly what I eat.
Will spend some time today catching up on what's been going on here.

Welcome back, Nancy! Sorry to hear about your knee; glad that it's getting better. Congrats on getting rid of the vacation pounds! Awesome!

Thanks! I find that the pounds I put on quickly tend to come off quickly - it's the weight that I've slowly put on over the past few years that's harder to budge.0
