No Noodle Veggie Lasagna

Ingredients:
2 small Fresh Zucchini
1/2 lb Fresh Ground Turkey
1 large Onion
2 cups Baby Spinach - Raw -
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Walden Farms Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 tsp Basil, dried
1/4 tsp dried garlic flakes
1/4 tsp oregano, dried
180 grams light Marble cheese
4 tbs 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
Preparation:
Fry onion, ground turkey and spices with 1/2 cup water until water is evaporated cooking to a fine consistency. Spoon a small amount of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9" x 9" glass baking pan, spread covering bottom of the pan. Layer evenly 1/3 of the raw spinach, 1/3 of the zucchini slices, half the meat mixture, 1/3 of the grated marble cheese, repeat layer and top with final layer of spinach and zucchini. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining marble cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

I have tried that before it was yummy. I replaced organic tomatoes and add Italian seasonings instwad of pasta aauce. Pasta sauce has alot of surger0
