Supplements?

Any thoughts on taking supplements.....herbal or non herbal? I have tried various items but not sure they work for me. I recently was on Raspberry enzymes, for helping with weight but did not really see any difference. Also Milk Thisle for liver cleansing....same thing, not sure what the heck I was suppose to "feel".
What would you consider taking daily. Thoughts?

I take just a multi-vitamin in addition to Biotin and a probiotic. During the winter months I do zinc and vitamin C. I have tried those for weight loss but none seems to help or they gave me the "shakes". I have found just eating right and exercising gives me the energy I need and feel so much better.
By the way I saw in some of your other posts that you got the 21 day fix. I just got mine and will be starting it Sunday. Maybe we can help each other keep motivated. I am pretty excited! I may not be doing a lot of the exercises with the DVDs it came with because of my some injuries to my knees. I will be supplementing my workouts with the PiYo instead. I have talked with Julie about it and she knows my whole story. She has been great with helping me with getting healthy and just a great friend during some hard times. It's great to meet you!!0 -
Nice to meet you too. My 21 day fix has not arrived...hoping it gets here tomorrow. I think it is a great idea to work on it together!0
