can I earn back calories through exercise on fast days?

Hi, does anyone know if - suppose I do 200 calories worth of exercise, would I be allowed to add this to my daily allowance? So 600+200 = 800 cal, or do I have to stick to 600 regardless of how much excersize I do on that day?

It makes sense if I can, plus it motivates me to do more excersize!

I do not. In fact I try not to eat back any exercise calories, but do sometimes on none fast days.

No, on fast days your allowance is 600 regardless of exercise. Eat back calories on non fast days though if you wish.

Not on fast days, sorry :) The reasoning behind this, is part of the health aspects of fasting are because you give your digestive system as well as other body functions a bit of a rest. On non fast days you can eat them back.

No - fast day means 600 and only 600.
It doesn't stop you exercising though!

Non fast days it's your choice whether to follow the TDEE or MFP eat back exercise calories day.
