Blending recipes

Does anyone know how to take multiple existing recipes in your recipe file in My Fitness Pal and combine it with another recipe in your file without entering both recipes into one new recipe. For example: I have a recipe for low sodium marinara sauce that I would like to use with a recipe I have for home made Italian sausage and another for pasta dough.( Making sausage ravioli ).

I don't know if this is the easiest way but I've made some of my "foods" things like that. So for example I made some potato mash that I wanted to use in Shepard's pie, but because I don't use traditional butter or milk I made use of my mash potato recipe. So I took the nutrition facts of that recipe to make it a "food", I then added in my food and the amount to my Shepard's pie recipe. Sometimes my food is a bit harder to find on the list but give it a creative name and that makes it find able. I really hope there is an easier way, but that's what I've been doing.0
