I'm not very good at figuring out how to communicate on here! I only have a goal of losing 5 pounds but needed a coach to keep me accountable as I couldn't do it on my own and more importantly get me back to doing some type of fitness 5 days a week. I am starting the 6th week of a 12 week Transformation and as of today I am down 3.2 pounds.
